this shop runs on a preorder schedule style. I ship things out in batches, and typically send things out every two weeks. Please understand that orders may take some time, and can take over 2 weeks for me to send.
i will try to send all domestic holiday orders made before dec. 15 to make it for christmas. i cannot guarantee it will make it on time! unfortunately, international orders will not make it at this point in time.
after dec. 15, i will be away from my shipping supplies for the holidays and shipping will halt. please understand for the wait!
What's your return policy?
All sales are final! However, if your product was damaged in the mail, you can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the damage. Usually, I will replace it for you or issue you a refund :^) Where is the store based?

How do you ship your items?
Charms and accessories are shipped through bubble mailers.
11 x 17" prints are shipped in mailing tubes. 8.5" x 11" prints are shipped in cardboard envelopes with extra cardboard lining the inside.
I will package the charms and prints in protective plastic.
My package hasn't shipped yet, and I need to cancel it.
Yes, I can do that! However, please let me know ASAP, because I will package your items very
quickly, and it can cost me a mailing package if you cancel :(
How long will it take to receive my order?
I try to ship everything as soon as I can, but sometimes school and life gets in
the way. I'll try my best to get it out within 1-2 weeks, but I'm really
sorry if it takes longer. This is my disclaimer here that it may take a while for me to ship.
Domestic orders will take around 2-5 business days to arrive FROM SHIPPING DATE. Sometimes, it can take longer. International orders can take from 2
to 12 weeks.
If you need your package at a certain time or date,
